Before applying to be matched with your new companion, please review the adoption process for Galaxy Australian Labradoodles.
When your adoption application is approved, the next step to being matched with one of our Australian Labradoodle puppies is to place a $500, non-refundable deposit. This will be applied toward the total adoption cost of $3,000. The remaining $2,500 balance is paid when the puppies are seven weeks old and you have the chance to meet the litter.
How do we match our puppies to their new homes? While we consider your preferences, we also match based on temperament. We want to ensure we don’t give an active family a calm puppy who prefers to sleep, or vice versa. Also, puppies are matched to their companions in the order deposits are received.
Galaxy Australian Labradoodles does not ship puppies. We prefer they are hand-delivered from our home to yours when they reach 8-9 weeks of age. You’re welcome to come to our home to pick up your puppy in person, or we can meet you at the Salt Lake City, Utah airport.
If you prefer to have us fly to you to hand-deliver your new companion, the cost of travel will be added to the initial ($3,000) adoption costs. If the dog will be flying to its new home, we will help get them acclimated to soft-sided airline crates.
Galaxy Labradoodles reserves the right to retain any puppy to keep in our program.
If we can approve your application, we will request the $500 deposit and move forward with the next step, which is meeting the litter when they’re of age.
